During the Austrian Technology Day (ATD) in Hong Kong on November 9, 2018, MTA Messtechnik GmbH presented the product MTA Pipe-Inspector for a wireless multi-sensor inspection of pipelines with integrated leak detection. This solution was further developed after feedback from ATD participants, with an additional 360° scan along the entire length of the pipe. The MTA Electro Magnetic Leak Detection (EMLD) determines the condition of wastewater and gravity pipelines and locates and qualifies the damage to the pipe structure.
Thanks to the participation in the ATD in Hong Kong, there are more and more inquiries from Hong Kong, for example a request from the Wastewater Authority in Hong Kong, where the Foreign Trade Center Hong Kong has already inquired about a potential cooperation with MTA.
